How to change or get a new scholarship card?

To apply for a scholarship card remotely, you need to:

First-year students (bachelor’s, master’s) receive the FIRST scholarship ONLY on cards opened by Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.)

To change / apply for a scholarship card, you need to:

Apply to one of the specified banks (+ Monobank).
After applying for the card, fill out an application and bring it personally to room 207/4, building 1, or send an application signed with a KEP (electronic signature) to the KPI accounting department by email.
If the card has expired (the card term is extended and the account is not changed) – an application is not required.

The dean's office or faculty does not deal with bank cards!!!

Social scholarship

Students who are orphans and children deprived of parental care have the right to receive two scholarships at the same time: academic and social.
To apply for a social scholarship, contact the dean's office (at the dean's office's post office) to Kryvda T.Yu.

Why do I need an academic transcript?

ACADEMIC CERTIFICATE – this is a document about the studied credit modules, disciplines and grades received, it also contains information about the admission conditions, etc.

Renewal without it is impossible. The document takes time to produce, so do not leave it for the last days before renewal.

A student who is expelled from the University before completing his studies must order an Academic Certificate from the Dean’s Office by submitting an application, a copy of the ID card and a copy of the document on previous education.

The printing of the Academic Certificate is carried out at the expense of the person (student) who applied for the issuance of such a document.
